There is a 72-hour cancellation policy applied to all Club and Society Events. With regret, if you cancel later than 72 hours prior events you will be charged in full.

Please note that payments for any Club or Society events are to be made upon making the reservation.

Please advise ahead of the event whether you have any dietary requirements or allergies we should be aware of.
Please note that our Club photographer will be present at some of these events and the photographs may feature on the Club website and in forthcoming publications.
