Terms & Conditions

A 12.5% Service Charge for the Staff Fund contribution is applicable to reciprocal and guest room reservations. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

All rooms have en-suite facilities. All prices are per room per night inclusive of VAT. Complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning to residents.
Please note that as per the Club By-law E1 (b), a bedroom may only be shared by a Member with another Member or an Associate Member.

Cancellation Policy

Members who cancel bedroom reservations later than 12 noon GMT/BST on the day before that for which the bedroom is booked shall be liable for a charge of 100% of the first night reservation cost. For cancellation later than 12 noon GMT/BST two days before the booking, the liability is 50% of the first night reservation cost.

For Members who amend confirmed bedroom reservations whilst residing inhouse the following will apply:
✦ Cancellation later than 12 noon GMT/BST two days before the amended departure date, shall be liable for a charge of 50% of one night of the reservations cost.
✦ Cancellation later than 12 noon GMT/BST, one day before the amended departure date, the liability is one night’s reservation cost.
